1 pint Ricotta
8 oz Shredded Mozzarella
3/4 cps Parmesan Cheese
2 Eggs
1 tsp Parsley
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
24 oz Spaghetti Sauce
18 Manicotti Shells
1/4 cp Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1.Cook Manicotti in boiling water until done
2. Drain and rinse with cold water
3. In a large bowl combine ricotta, mozzarella, 3/4 cp parmesan, eggs, parsleyand pepper; mix well
4. Pour half of spaghetti sauce in baking dish
5. Preheat oven to 350
6. Fill each shell with cheese mixture
7. Arrange manicotti over sauce in baking dish
8. Pour remaining sauce over top & sprinkle with 1/4 cp parmesan
9. Cover with foil & bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly
