¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
1 cup milk
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups diced chicken or turkey
1 cup drained cooked frozen peas
½ cup drained cooked celery
½ cup cooked mushrooms
¾ tsp. salt

2 cups Bisquick mix
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and blend in flour. Add milk and broth, cook until thickened. Mix with meat, peas, celery and mushrooms.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.

Make biscuits, following the directions on the Bisquick box. Flour wax paper and roll out dough until ¼ inch thick. Cover with Cheddar cheese. Roll up biscuits and cut into ½ inch slices. Place on top of meat mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes (or until biscuits are brown) in 425º preheated oven.
