1½ lbs. lean flank or sirloin steak, cut across grain into ¼ inch wide strips
⅓ cup dry red wine
1 tbsp. sugar
1½ tsp. coarsely cracked black pepper
1 tsp. crushed fennel seeds
¾ cup canned low salt chicken broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1½ tbsp. cornstarch
3 tsp. vegetable oil
24 green onions, cut diagonally into 2 inch pieces
24 radishes, cut into ¼ inch thick slices

Directions:
Directions:
Brown steak in large saucepan. Add green onions and radishes and saute until radishes are translucent. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk until blended. Add to beef and radishes and simmer until thickened.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
