2 lb small fingerlings, cut in half lengthwise
4 cloves of garlic, cut into quarters lengthwise
3 sprigs of fresh rosemary, leaves finely chopped
6 large sage leaves, finely chopped
Pinch of crushed red pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 F
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the garlic, rosemary, sage, red pepper and olive oil.
Season well with salt
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet
Roast the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes. Give them a stir and continue cooking for another 15 to 20 minutes, until tender inside and brown and crispy outside.
Taste, season again with salt, if needed.
