1 lb. hot sausage
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. hamburger meat
2 cans Rotel tomatoes, drain and juices reserved
1 onion - chopped
1 to 2 hot jalapenos

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sausage and hamburger meat, onion and peppers, cook and drain. In a crock pot add a little juice from the tomatoes. Add cheese and Rotel tomatoes, add other ingredients. Add juice as desired. Mix well and serve with chips.
