1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1 envelope (3/4 oz.) brown gravy mix, divided
1 tsp. intant minced onion
1/2 Ib. ground beef
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, milk, bread crumbs, 1 Tbls. brown gravy mix and onion in small bowl. Add ground beef and mix lightly. Shape into a 1 inch thick loaf on broiler pan. Broil 3 inches from heat until browned, about 5 minutes. Turn. Cook 5 minutes longer or until done.
Combine remaining contents of gravy mix envelope with water and serve with gravy.
