3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1-1/2 cups chicken broth
2 cups cooked chicken, cut in pieces
1 cup drained cooked or canned peas
1-3 oz. can (2/3 cup) broiled sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cooked medium carrots, cit in thireds
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. salt
1 package refrigerated biscits

Melt butter in saucepan , blend in flour. Gradually add broth. Cook and stir till thick. Add chicken, vegetable ad salt; heat to bubbling. Pour into 1-1/2 quart greased casserole dish. Make biscuit snippets: with scissors, snip refrigerated biscuits in quarters, arrange in ring, rounded side down, atop hot chicken. (Bake remaining biscuits on baking sheet.) Bake casserole at 425 8 to 10 minutes or until biscuits are done.
