5 cloves garlic
3 green onions, chopped
1 cup firmly packed fresh flat leaf parsley
1/2 cup firmly packed fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves
1 fresh jalapeņo, seeded and roughly chopped
2 tsp red chili flakes
1 cup olive oil
2 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place all the ingredients (except salt and pepper) in the blender jar.
Blend 20 seconds (half way through spatula the sides)
Transfer to a bowl, taste and season with salt and pepper.
Cover with plastic and place in the refrigerator until needed.
