Cake:
1 box orange cake mix
⅔ c. oil
4 eggs
1 (10 oz.) Mountain Dew
1 box coconut cream instant pudding mix

Icing:
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 stick oleo
1⅓ c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped

Cake:
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, Mountain Dew and pudding mix together. Bake in greased cake pan at 350º for 30-35 minutes.

Icing:
Mix pineapple, sugar, cornstarch and butter in saucepan and cook for about 4 minutes or until clear.
Stir in coconut and pecans, then pour mixture over cake while it is hot.
