1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cornstarch or 4 Tablespoons flour
Pinch salt
1 cup water
One small package peach jello
2 cups fresh peaches, slices
Baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Cook until clear the sugar, cornstarch, salt and water. Remove from heat and stir in one package peach jello. Cool a few minutes, then stir in the peaches. Pour into a baked pie shell and let cool a little more, then refrigerate until cold. Serve with whipped cream.

Note: You can use any kind of fresh fruit or berries, using same flavor of jello.)
