1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
3 c. chopped carrots
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar

Directions:

Cake:
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 until done.

Icing:
Mix cream cheese and confectioners sugar and beat until creamy.
