2 lbs. deer meat cut into small pieces (3/4")
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
flour
cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl combine soy sauce, water, eggs, and garlic powder. Mix well and add meat pieces. Stir to coat all of the meat. Cover and let marinade for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Heat cooking oil to boiling in deep fryer. Drain marinade mix from the meat. Roll in flour. Drop in hot oil and fry until brown. Cooks fast. Drain meat pieces on paper towels.
