1 box fudge brownie mix
3 eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup TGIF mudslide drink
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. instant coffee crystals

Icing:
1 stick softened butter
4 cups sifted power sugar
1/3 cup TGIF mudslide drink
1 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F, spray a 9 x 13" baking dish.
For brownies, in medium bowl, combine brownie mix, 2 eggs, oil and mudslide drink. Stir until well mixed. Put in baking dish and set aside.
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 egg, sugar, chocolate chips, and coffee crystals. Beat with mixer on low speed until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture over brownie layer.
Bake in preheated over for 30 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove and let cool.
For icing: in a small bowl, beat butter with a mixer on low to medium speed for 30 seconds, add powder sugar, 1 cup at a time. beating until light and fluffy. Beat in drink mix till smooth.
Spread mudslide icing over brownies. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let stand until icing is set and cut in bars.
