1 cup flour
3 TBS sugar
1 TBS baking soda
˝ tsp salt

2 eggs beaten
1 cup buttermilk
3 TBS oil

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk first four ingredients in one bowl and last 3 ingredients in second bowl. Combine all and whisk together with a few strokes keeping it lumpy. Butter griddle and drop in small circles

Can add blueberries, sliced bananas or chocolate chips. Serve with warm syrup.
