30 vanilla wafers, crumbled
c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
c. maraschino cherries
1 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pack of vanilla wafer crumbs into a 9 inch pan.
Blend until creamy c. butter, gradually add 1 c. powdered sugar and 2 eggs.
Dice cherries. Whip 1 c. heavy cream. Add cherries to cream, mixing lightly.
Fold the 2 mixtures together.
Pour filling over the wafer crumbs. Top with remaining vanilla wafer crumbs. Chill in refrigerator for at least 12 hours. Whipped cream may be used as a topping.
