1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
¼ lb. margarine (1 stick)
1 tsp. vanilla
1⅓ c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks and margarine in saucepan. Add vanilla. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until thickened (about 12 minutes). Add coconut and pecans. Beat until thick enough to spread.
