Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla in saucepan. Cook till thickened over medium heat.
Add chopped pecans. Beat until thickens enough to spread on cake or bars.
