4-1/2 cups unsalted mixed nuts
4Tbsp coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1 tsp cayenne (or ancho powder for a milder version)
1 Tbsp dark brown sugar (or 2-3 packets Truvia or other sweetener)
2 tsp sea salt [if using salted nuts, use less, or none)
2Tbsp butter

Preheat oven 350º
Spread nuts on a baking sheet, Toast about 10 minutes. While that's happening, melt butter. Tip- If using Truvia or similar sweetener, mix it in with the butter when melting. In a large bowl combine rosemary, ancho, salt, melted butter, sugar. Add the toasted nuts while they are still hot. Thoroughly toss until well coated.
