2 1/8 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 sticks of butter (slightly melted)
1 cup of light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups of milk chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 350.
2. In a medium bowl, mix flour, salt and baking soda, set aside
3. By hand cream the butter and sugars together until mixed well. Add the egg,
the yolk and vanilla. Mix batter until it has lightened in color 9 (about two minutes)
4. Add the dry ingredients and the chocolate chips to the mix.
5. Form dough into Tbsp. sized balls and place on parchment paper
6. Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes
7. Let cool
