1 (8 OZ) package cream cheese
1 (3.4 oz) package instant cheesecake pudding, dry
1 cup Liquid international delight french vanilla creamer
1 pound strawberries sliced
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
3 kiwi, peeled and cut into half moons
2 mango's, cut into bite size chunks or one can drained
1 banana, cut into slices
juice of one 1/2 lemon

Use an electric mixer--whip together cream cheese until smooth. Add dry pudding mix and combine
Add creamer to cream cheese--just a little at a time until smooth.

Mix bananas with lemon juice until coated and drain off excess liquid
In a large bowl combine all of the fruit. Add cream cheese mixture
Chill until ready to serve

Make ahead the cream cheese mixture and add fruit when ready to serve

Substitute creamer--1 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup powdered sugar and 2 teapsoons vanilla extract
