1 c. uncooked rice
3 c. boiling water
1½ tsp. salt
1⅓ c. (15 oz.) eagle brand milk
½ c. raisins
2 eggs
¼ tsp. nutmeg
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put water, rice and salt in heavy 2 qt. pan. Cover and cook over medium heat until water boils. reduce heat and simmer until rice is tender, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in Eagle Brand milk and raisens. Beat eggs just until blended. Add gradually while stirring briskly to rice mixture. Return to low heat and cook, stirring mixture until it coats a metal spoon. Remove from heat and stir in nutmeg.
