1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 unbaked 9-1/2 inch deep dish pastry shell
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
4 (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
2 Tablespoons butter, softened
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Combine first 3 ingredients in heavy saucepan; mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly; cool. Spoon into pastry shell.

Combine 1-1/2 cups sugar and flour, mix well. Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour over pineapple mixture; bake at 400º for 40-45 minutes or until browned and set. Cool. Chill at least 3 hours.
