1-1/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
3 Tablespoons flour
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 stick butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
Unbaked piecrust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Combine sugar and flour; add eggs and buttermilk. Add melted butter, a little at a time. Add vanilla and lemon flavorings. Mix well. Pour into piecrust and bake at 425º for 10 minutes, then at 350º for 35 minutes.
