2.8 oz French Onions crushed

3/4 Cup grated Parmesan

1/4 Cup dry bread crumbs

1 tsp papkria

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 c melted butter

1 egg

1 T. milk

4 chicken breasts or several chicken fingers

©Whisk egg and milk together.

In another bowl, combine onions, cheese, bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper.

Dip chicken in egg mixture, then roll in onion mixture.

Place in greased 13/9 pan - drizzle with butter.

Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes
