1 Lb. lump crabmeat
2 slices of day old bread, crumbled
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 T. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg
1/4 cup fresh, chopped parsley or 1 tsp. parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste

1. Mix all ingredients together; shape into patties.
2. Fry in hot oil until golden brown or bake in 375 F oven until golden brown.
