2 cups Old Cheddar Cheese (or your choice)
3/4 cup pitted black olives
1/2 cup green onions (or 1 tsp or dried onion)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp curry, or less to taste
6 English muffins

Directions:
Directions:
Grate the cheese and finely chop the black olives and onions. Mix the first 5 ingredients well.

Split each muffin in half and cover with mixture. Cut each muffin into quarters to make 48 appetizers. Put on cookie sheet and freeze for a few hours harden. Put into bags and store in freezer until needed. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.
