1 cup plus 1 tablespoon water (70 to 80)
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1-1/2 cups raisin bran
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
21/4 cups bread flour
2-1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
1. In bread machine pan, place the first eight ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available.
2. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed).
3. Just before the final kneading (your machine may audibly signal this), add the raisins.

10 min. Bake: 3 hours
