2 cup warm water
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 pkg. yeast
4 tbsp. melted lard
5 cups flour (more or less)
Mix salt, sugar shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt, sugar shortening and water. Add flour gradually until dough is stiff enough to knead
.Then turn onto floured board and knead until dough is smooth and elastic.
Place dough into container and cover with cloth. Set in warm place and allow to double in bulk.
Work down and make into 3 loaves 9or make buns). Place into a well oiled pan, cover with cloth,
and sett in warm place to rise again.
Bake at 400º for 30 minutes.
