4 cups peeled and sliced apples
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
⅓ cup butter melted
1 cup Old Fashioned oats not cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in buttered shallow baking dish, sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
Combine dry ingredients and melted butter mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples. Bake in preheated oven 375º for 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve with sweetened whipped cream. Delicious!
