4 cups peeled and sliced apples
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
cup sugar
teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
⅓ cup butter melted
1 cup oats

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples with lemon juice in buttered shallow baking dish.
Combine dry ingredients and melted butter mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples. Bake in preheated oven 375 for 30 minutes or until apples tender. Serve with sweetened whipped cream. Delicious!
