2 c. sugar
⅓ c. corn syrup
½ c. boiling water
salt (pinch)
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, corn syrup and water until it forms a hard ball when dropped in cold water. Pour slowly over beaten egg whites. Beat until thick, looses some of its shine. Add nuts and vanilla.
Drop by spoonful onto waxed paper.
