3 med. onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. olive or vegetable oil
4 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
2 cans (15 0z.) white kidney beans or cannelloni beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 c. chicken broth
1 can (4 oz.) green chilies
2 tsp. ground cumin
tsp. dried oregano
tsp. salt
tsp. cayenne pepper
c. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in large pot. Bring to a boil then decrease to a simmer. Let simmer for 1 hour.
