1 c. roti flour
c. oil
1 c. hot water
tsp. salt
ghee to rub on bajra roti

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a mixer add the bajra flour, salt and oil in the bowl and mix the ingredients well.
2. Add hot water a little at a time and mix thoroughly until it forms a soft dough mixture.
3. Remove the dough mixture from the bowl and knead to mix the dough properly
4 Divide the dough into 7 equal parts
5. Flour the Rolling pin and roll each part on a floured wax paper. It is easy to roll the bajra mixture on the wax paper as it will not stick to the surface. You may have to turn the wax paper around to ensure that it forms into a round
6. Remove the rotla from the wax paper and place on a hot frying pan or tava.
7. Brush the uncooked top of the rotla with water.
8. Once the bottom is cooked, flip with a spatula to cook on the other side.
9. Remove onto a plate brush with ghee, butter or margarine.
10. Serve with any vegetable curry
