Ingredients:  
2-4 Chicken Breasts (or the amount needed for your family)
1 medium onion, sliced
1-2 cans Cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
pepper to taste
salt if needed
1 Baking Powder Biscuit Recipe from this book...

Directions:
Directions:
Turn your crockpot on high.
Place chicken breasts ...(breast side down)
in bottom of pot
Add sliced onion
and the cream of chicken soup
Stir a bit to combine...
Let cook on high for several hours...or
until chicken is done.
Turn on low til mealtime...
Skinless chicken breasts work well, too
add pepper to taste
and salt if needed
Serve with baking powder biscuits and a vegetable of choice.
About 1/2 hour before dinnertime mix and bake the baking powder biscuits.
Serve hot with chicken and gravy
If your chicken has a few bones...remove them before serving.

I find the crock pot to be irreplaceable! Especially in the wintertime.. You can leave it for the day and come back to dinner almost ready! A real time-saver.
