1 tablespoon urad daal
1 tablespoon channa daal
1 sprig of curry leaves, about one handful
1 tablespoon mustard oil
1/4 chopped onion
mustard seeds for oil
3 medium chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut
lime juice + salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and mustard seeds
Add urad daal, channa, daal, curry leaves, chopped onion and cook for 1-2 minutes
Add all the above ingredients + coconut and chopped tomatoes to blender and blend until smooth
Add salt + lime juice to taste
Enjoy! :) :)
