A)
Sprouted lentils or mung beans 1 cup
Dried mulberries 1/2 cup
Red onion 1/4 cup chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
sea salt to taste

B)
Kale 1 cup
cilantro 1/3 cup
Shredded Nori or dulse- 1/4 cup

C) Grape or Halved cherry tomatoes

D) Sauce
1/2 cup of hemp seeds
1 TB of cashew or almond butter (optional)
3 pitted medjool dates
I TB of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 clove of garlic
a touch of water added to make a thick sauce consistency (approx 1/8-1/14 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients of A, set aside in a bowl to marinate
Chop the kale finely and massage with a bit of apple cider vinegar, a dash of sea salt and (optional) a teaspoon of olive oil until ti reduces and is soft, Stir in the rest of the ingredients from B.
To make the sauce (D), simply blend all of the sauce’s ingredients until a smooth creamy consistency.

Now “build” your Buddha in the Raw bowl by placing A, B, C alongside one another in a bowl and placing the sauce in the middle of the bowl (see the picture for reference). Enjoy and bon appétit!
