Six ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
½ cup pumpkin
2 tsp. maple syrup
½ tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Beat cream cheese and sugar in small bowl until well-blended.
Add pumpkin, syrup, and cinnamon; beat until smooth.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve as a dip with fruit and cookies.

I think this goes best with apple slices, especially Granny Smith apples. A great dip to pretend you're being healthy by eating fruit, but really just using said fruit to shovel as much dip as you can into your mouth. :)
