¼ c. flour
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 lb. round steak, cut into serving pieces
2 T. oil
1 medium onion, sliced thin
2 c. water
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
Gravy:
¼ c. flour
¼ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
1¼ c. beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 325º. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine flour, salt and pepper. Add steak, a few pieces at a time, shaking to coat. Remove meat and pound to tenderize. Heat oil and brown steak on both sides. Arrange onion between layers of meat. Add water and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and bake 2-2½ hours. For gravy; combine flour, salt, pepper and broth in a small saucepan Whisk flour mixture until smooth and well blended. Stir in juices from the cooked steak and cook, stirring constantly 2 minutes or until the gravy thickens.
