1 c. Lard or Butter
1 t. Salt
1/2 cake Yeast
1/2 c. Warm Water
3 c. Sweet Milk
Flour to make a dough

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water, set aside. Mix butter and salt in a large bowl and add yeast mixture and milk. Stir to combine. Add enough flour to form a stiff dough and let rise overnight. In the morning add eggs and let the mixture rise again until doubled.
Form into balls about the size of an egg and place in a greased pan. Let rise again until doubled and then bake in a hot oven.
