14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
3 large egg yolks
1 Tbsp lime zest

5 ½ oz. (1 small can or more than half of a large) concentrated lime juice frozen
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1/4 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Use electric mixer—mix at medium speed for 5 minutes adding eggs one at a time. Continue beating for 2 more minutes. Add lime juice and beat 2 more minutes. Pour into lightly cooked pie crust.

Bake 15 minutes. Remove and let stand to cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

graham cracker crumbs
butter
chopped macademia nuts
flaked sweetened coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Use directions on graham cracker crumb box but add chopped nuts and coconut. Use a little more butter than called for as you are adding ingredients. It is all about this crust! Add the nuts even though they are expensive, about 7 ounces chopped fine in a mini processor. Bake the crust at 350 for about 10 minutes before adding the filling.
