13 oz. good chocolate (HIGH COCOA content)
3 sticks butter

2 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt

2 cups sifted flour—I sift mine, then measure (NO PACKING KIDS)
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter carefully in microwave or double boiler. Mix remaining ingredients well, all except flour.

Stir both mixtures into the chocolate mixture, alternating.

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Refrigerate when cool but serve at room temperature.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar for presentation.
