1 cup besan/ gram flour
3 tsp oil
3-4 cup water
6 chopped green chili
4 chopped garlic cloves
1 medium onion chopped
˝ tsp mustard seed
˝ tsp cumin seed
Salt and pepper to taste
Corriender leaves for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1) take besan flour, add water and make into paste.
2) heat oil in a pan, add cumin, mustard seeds, onions, sauté until onions become translucent.
3) Add turmeric powder, chopped garlic, and finely chopped green chili, fry for 2 min.
4) add besan paste, mix well and keep adding small amount of water until you get right consistency. Cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 min, mix in between.
5) add salt and coriander garnish. Eat with chapati or rice.
