Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 medium onion diced
1 medium green bell pepper diced
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp cornstarch
6 oz provolone cheese sliced or diced
8 hamburger buns
1 tsp butter (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Add ground beef to frying pan and stir for 3-5 minutes
or until browned. Add onion and green pepper, stir for 2-3 minutes.
Strain out fat. Add beef broth, ketchup, worcester, salt and pepper.
Mix cornstarch with a Tbs of water and add to mixture stirring constantly.
Within a few minutes it should be thick enough to form mounds.
Remove from heat add cheese and slowly site. Once cheese is fully
melted spoon onto toasted buns.
