Ingredients:  
2 lbs sausage, cooked (or crumbled bacon or cubed ham)
32 oz. cubed hash browns
1 bunch green onions
1 green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix ingredients in large cake pan.

Directions:

In separate bowl:

Beat 12 eggs.
Mix in 3 cups milk.
Pour over hash brown/sausage mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Can be made the night before.
