Ingredients:
Ingredients:
• 4 Juicy Limes, (Thin skinned are best.) Wash thoroughly.
• 1 cup Sugar
• 6 cups Cold Water
• 6 TBSP Sweetened Condensed Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water and sugar very well and chill until ready to use. This can be done in advance.
Cut the ends from the limes and discard, then cut each lime into 6 pieces. You will be blending the whole thing!
Place ½ of the limes into the blender. Add ½ of the sugar water and pulse five times.
Place a fine mesh strainer over a serving pitcher and pour the blended mixture through the strainer, using a spoon to press the remaining liquid into the pitcher. Discard the pulp/rinds.
Repeat with remaining limes and sugar water.
Add the sweetened condensed milk to the serving pitcher. Stir and serve immediately over lots of ice.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Note: This does not keep well. The rind can become bitter if it’s saved for later. Enjoy it fresh!
