1 cup mayonnaise (DO NOT use salad dressing)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated FRESH Parmesan cheese
1 4-oz. can Ortega chopped green chilies
1 30-oz. can artichoke hearts – Do not used marinated artichokes

Preheat oven to 350
Chop and remove tough artichoke leaves
Mix all ingredients
Bake for about 40 minutes
Drain oil from Parmesan cheese (if necessary)
Transfer to oven safe serving dish and keep warm until serving

Serving Instructions:

Serve with tortilla chips or other crisp chips

NOTE: I've learned to bake the dip first in a shallow pan, then transfer it to another serving dish. I like to use a pottery pot. You use the shallow pan because some brands of Parmesan cheese have a lot of oil in them, and it's easier to drain it off the top in a shallow pan.
