Tuna Casserole Recipe

1 - 12 oz. package egg noodles
cup chopped onion
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen green peas
2 - 5 oz. cans solid tuna in water, drained
2 - 10 oz. cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
sliced mushrooms

Bring a large pot of slightly salted water to a boil.
Cook pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Drain.
Preheat oven to 425 F.
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix noodles, onion, 1 cup
of the cheese, peas, tuna, soup and mushrooms.
Transfer to a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and top with
remaining cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.
