2 1/2 Cups Self-rising Flour
2Teaspoons Sugar
1/2 Cups Butter or Shortening
3/4 Cup to 1 Cup Buttermilk
1/2 Cup Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450 degrees. In a medium bowl, stir together flour and sugar. Using pastry blender or fork, cut in butter until mixture is crumby. Stir in buttermilk and sour cream until dough leaves side of bowl. If dough is too dry, mix in 1 - 2 teaspoons additional buttermilk. On greased pan, place dough touching each other. Push dough down in pan. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
