2 heads "living" butter lettuce
1 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
1 bag chopped coleslaw min (cabbage / carrots)
1 bag large white sprouts 1 bunch finely sliced green onions
1 cup chopped peanuts
1 rotisserie chicken (optional))
Hoison Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
If serving with optional chicken, tear rotisserie chicken into small pieces and add marinate in chicken salad dressing.
Marinate in chicken salad dressing.
Add cilantro, coleslaw, sprouts, peanuts, with chicken
Add or adjust dressing.

Refrigerate until serving

Wash, separate and arrange butter lettuce on a tray

To serve pick up a nice piece of lettuce, fill with mixture, drizzle with hoisin sauce and yum.
