c Red wine vinegar
⅓ c Olive Oil
4 tsp Dried Basil
1 tsp Dried Tarragon
tsp Dried Oregano
4 tsp Sugar
2 med Onions sliced thin
6 lg. Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Layer half of the tomatoes followed by the onions. Pour half the marinade over. Layer the remainder of the tomatoes and onions and pour the rest of the marinade. Allow to chill for 15 minutes and serve.
