2 T. fresh lemon juice
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
6 cloves garlic roasted or 3 non-roasted, minced
¼ cup green onions, minced
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
1 lb. jumbo lump crabmeat, free of shells
1 tsp. hot sauce
½ tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper, to taste
Crackers or toast points

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º F.
Grate a cup of jack cheese and toss it into
the crab meat. Add parmesan cheese, green onions,
Worcestershire sauce, lemon, garlic, salt, dry mustard,
hot sauce, ground pepper and bind it with mayonnaise.
Gently stir until mixed.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers.
Makes 4 cups.
